I have uber uber lazy with this site and to be honest i have been thinking about what i wanna do with the site. Im trying to save to go to the US next year and i am cutting back massively on my spending. including my web hosting. Ive closed one site and im thinking of another one, but for now i am keeping this going. i love its uniqueness. But if anyone wants to contribute or help out with the site feel free to email me and we can sort something out.

Wes Welker has had a busy offseason. The Patriots wide receiver tore his ACL in the regular-season finale on Jan. 3 and has spent the offseason trying to get ready for training camp. He stopped to reflect on his journey from Heritage Hall to the NFL.:

My proudest moment was definitely making it in the NFL, making the team. When you’re a free agent, there’s that day where you don’t know what’s going to happen.

Q: So how does it feel to be back out there on the field?
WW: It feels good. It doesn’t feel like I ever left it, just being out there and being able to work and do some things when nobody’s really looking. It feels good out there. It feels good to get out there with the teammates and do some things.

Q: Do you feel 100 percent?
WW: No. We’re not there yet, but every day we get a little bit closer. Slowly but surely we are making progress.

Q: Did you ever think in your wildest dreams that you’d be back out there this early after the injury occurred?
WW: I don’t know. I just wanted to take it each day, a day at a time and sit there and work at it and try and get better each day.

training camp has started and Wes is still continuing his rehab and looks like he may be ready for coming back in season 2010

Wes Welker’s surprisingly fast recovery from ACL surgery is expected to take a big step on the first day of training camp.

The Gresh and Zo [Scott Zolak] Show on 98.5 The Sports Hub in Boston reports that Welker will be a full participant in training camp immediately. With that said, they admit that he hasn’t been officially cleared medically yet and the Patriots can pick and choose what drills he will participate in.

If the report proves true, that means Welker won’t be placed on the active/PUP list to start camp, which is a mild surprise. This would eliminate the possibility that Welker could miss the first six games of the season, and increase the likelihood that Welker could be ready for Week One.

We’re a little cautious about passing along the report, because the army of quality Patriots beat writers haven’t uncovered this one yet. Can we get a confirmation, people?
